Full health means more than bodily health. To me in my practice it means full and healthy wellbeing. To be healthy in body, mind and spirit. Most just think about bodily health, but we all know you can be the picture of bodily health and feel miserable inside.
We are multi-dimensional in nature. We have more than one dimension to our wellbeing and health. We not only need bodily health, we also need to feel joyful about our life process. And we need to feel connected to something higher and greater than ourselves.
When we are in this state of being, we truly feel alive! We feel the power of ourselves and we feel connected to others, our planet and this life in a way that is truly meaningful. This allows us to have real purpose beyond our goals.
It is in this state of being that we truly evolve and transcend all circumstances, events, trauma and desires. We stop looking outside of our selves to feel good and we then know that we already are.
This is the wonderful adventure of this life. Whether we initiate this process because we want to change our bodies, or because we are pursuing our goals, we feel our true purpose in this existence. We are the joyful creators of our lives. We are doing it all together.
I am love. I am joy. I am so very good. And so are each one of you.
