Giving yourself permission to change

“It takes a lot of confidence, and self-love and self-worth to realize that you are capable. And that you have every right to leave your lane, and to do things in the same way that other people do.” - Allan Hennessy

Is it time to confront what’s REALLY keeping you from the body you want? Is the answer in the latest diet? Or maybe you lack discipline or the motivation to do the work? Well the good news is that it usually isn’t any of these things. It’s usually much deeper.

Just recently while working with another client’s body transformation we discovered that her weight issues go back to her own feelings of unworthiness and self-love.

After digging into this deeply on her discovery call with me, she began to see how her feelings and blocks were at the root of her inability to stick to any diet program. She literally hadn’t given herself permission to change behaviors or her ideas about who she was. But furthermore, her current definitions about herself actually gave her the license to continue to cheat and under perform on every diet she had tried for over 20 years. Once she realized this and redefined her new vision for herself she had no problems sticking to a diet and exercise program and now has the body she always desired.

How about you? What is keeping you from losing the weight once and for all? I guarantee you it’s probably not what you think. If you want to finally give up on what’s keeping you from what you desire? If you think it is finally time for you? Let’s talk.

Book a 45 min discovery call with me and let’s just talk. If I can help you I will tell you honestly. If not, then we just get to have a warm and sincere conversation and you get to hopefully learn more about what may be standing in your way of transforming your body and life.

I am joy. I am love. I am so very good.
