My whole life I have always been able to change my body almost at will. Why? Because I have always had the right emotional energy for change even when I didn’t have the right knowledge for change. No matter what stage I have been at in my fitness career I have always felt excited because I anticipate great changes when I put in my labor and give it time!
This can be really be you too, but you may need to work on tools that empower you to understand and manage your emotions in ways that help you succeed instead of feeling more disappointment and failure.
