Emotional intelligence is critical to your success

“As much as 80% of adult “success” comes from EQ (emotional intelligence).” — Daniel Goleman

Is it finally time for you to confront what has really been keeping you from body that you want? Are all the weeks, months and even years of trying to achieve the results you see others get from dieting making you feel as though something is broken in side you? Do you feel like the body you want is just out of your reach? Well, it is if you have the right emotional intelligence.

The truth is, 99% of the people who fail at achieving their body goals and who feel like their is something wrong with their bodies are completely wrong. In most cases, it is simply the emotional approach and time that stands between the body they want and where they exist today.

We not only have to have the correct dietary approach but we also have to have the right emotional approach to what we want to accomplish. This means we must be able to understand, manage and utilize our emotions in order to really create success in all areas of our lives.

My whole life I have always been able to change my body almost at will. Why? Because I have always had the right emotional energy for change even when I didn’t have the right knowledge for change. No matter what stage I have been at in my fitness career I have always felt excited because I anticipate great changes when I put in my labor and give it time!

This can be really be you too, but you may need to work on tools that empower you to understand and manage your emotions in ways that help you succeed instead of feeling more disappointment and failure. Truthfully, we are always the ones holding ourselves back from change. If you want to understand your emotions better and find out what might be holding you back from change then book a call with me and let’s talk about it.

I am opening up several spots on my calendar to talk with anyone who is serious about their body goals. This is going to make me even more busy than I already am so I insist on talking to those who feel they deeply need my help and who are serious about change in their lives. Are you ready?

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
