You can’t build your new body and life on top of old habits that have produced where you are now, nor with old beliefs that limit your choices and usually just reproduce all your past results and outcomes all over again.
Time after time the clients of mine who have the greatest transformations are the ones who fully give in to my process. They give up on their “old self” and their old ways of doing and believing. They make room for the new by not re-living the past ideas, beliefs or rituals. They give up on worry, they give up on trying so hard, and they give up on trying to figure out why they haven’t been getting what they want.
