A Practice of Silence

You are a part of this wonderful universe. This means that if you are a part of it, then you are the universe. Not in its totality, but you are an essential part of it that makes up its entirety. Every part is needed to make the whole. You can not be extracted from it without destroying it. You are worthy, deserving and essential to the greatness of existence. 

A wonderful mindful practice I love is the practice of silence. I suggest practice 5 mins of silence each morning. Quiet your thoughts and your body. Don’t do anything but sit and enjoy being exactly who and where you are. When you practice this kind of presence, the silence will speak to you and from the depths of nothingness it will offer you its loving confirmation that you are vital, essential and worthy of the greatness of existence.
