Today is a good day. Not because something wonderful is happening to me but because I have decided that today and everyday will be such good days. How can I be so sure? Well I have decided to look for the goodness in my days instead of waiting for good things to fall in my lap. 

I am always so happy when they do, but I know better than to rely on waiting for what I want. Instead, I hunt and search for all the wonderful aspects of my life experience that I want to see, hear, touch, tastes and feel. I especially love the “feels.” 

My proactive approach to joy and all the high flying feelings that I feel each day fill up my daily emotional content with all the feelings that I always want more of. I take control of my day and my feeling life when I am aware of how I feel, I set my intentions for what I want to experience and I let go and allow the universe to deliver to me all that I wish. 

There is no work that is needs to be done that is unsavory. I never need make myself worthy of my wonderful intentions because I was worthy of all that I desire before I even came to this physical life. And now I get to walk the steps of my own personal growth and expansion in order to realize the fullest version of myself. 

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
