What We Each Allow Is Our Choice Each Moment

Me working with one of good friends for a show back at the 2009 NPC Jr Cal (before it changed to the West Coast Classic! My buddy Danny Seibertwould go on to win this easily but I am more proud of the kind of athlete and man he is. One of the most generous and good people I have ever gotten to work with and who has become a dear friend. One of the best things I love about this work that I do, I get to make more friends and family each year!

Each day I make choice who to present to the world. Who do I want to bring to the table each day? Who I decide to bring to my daily experience will not only be what others will receive from me, but it will also be what I experience. This makes my journey in my life one of self creation. I can choose to let all the other forces of my life dictate who I am by just responding to what comes my way, or I can decided to choose what I wish to respond to. I can choose what to focus my attention on in each moment so that I can extract what I wish to experience. I am already doing this one way or the other it should contribute to my wellbeing. This is what I mean when I say your life is your choice. What we receive into our experience can be more accurately described as what we allow into our lives. There is so much to see, feel and experience in this life. There are a lot of good, bad and ugly for us all to taste but if I am smart then I will choose the experience that feels the best for me. I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
