Changing from within means changing on the outside

In order to change our bodies we must let go of our old identity. Which means we must change old behaviors and thoughts regarding ourselves and what we believe is possible and what we feel is authentically ourself. We must take on a new identity from the inside first in order to give ourselves space to change. 

Not long ago I had a client named Dee who was in this position. She wanted to change her body and change her life. She didn’t realize that in order to really change, it would mean that she would have to give herself permission to let go of her past and her old ideas about who she thought she was and what was achievable for her. 

Dee invested in herself and hired me. We then began to peel back the layers of her belief each day. Within a couple of weeks she could clearly see who she wanted to become, and she could clearly see that she was holding herself back with many old and outdated limiting beliefs that were NOT in alignment with her goals. Today she has the body that she saw, she truly feels like she has started her best life!
