What you might NOT know about changing yourself

Are you frustrated with your body? Do you want a lean sexy physique that you can be proud of? You know, the one that reflects all your hard work and efforts! Transforming yourself can be hard when you’re frustrated from trying just about every diet strategy and pill on the market with little to show for it! The lack of results can lower your self confidence and make it hard for you to feel motivated on any diet and exercise plan. This can really make a person feel like they have no control over their body and are failing at life. 

The truth about every single body transformation I have ever structured for any client over the past 28 years is that they all ENDED with the BODY changing but actually STARTED with a change in personal beliefs about one’s self. In order to change yourself in any way permanently, you must retire old ideas, beliefs and ways of being in your life in order to pick up new beliefs about who you are and to be able to firmly adopt new habits that will contribute to forming your new identity. Your old self and new self will NOT be able to exist in the same time-space.

This means we must, in tandem with diet and exercise, change what we believe about ourselves. So many clients over the years started out thinking their transformations were about changing diet and exercise, but they all found that it was their own beliefs that stopped them or allowed them to achieve or not achieve all that they had or wanted to.
