Turning apples into oranges

“If you want a new outcome, you will have to break the habit of being yourself, and reinvent a new self.” - Joe Dispenza

Are you at your wits end trying to transform your body? Have you tried and tried to get your body in shape only to have many starts and stops, never getting the momentum you need to remain motivated? Do you feel like its almost too difficult to stay strict on your diet or exercise program because you can’t be consistent with your behaviors? Or maybe your just simply ready, once and for all to change what you see in the mirror? Does any of this sound like you? If so, then there is something big that you are going to want to know about changing yourself.

The truth is, you may be trying to transform your body as if you are trying to turn apples into oranges. If you have tried to achieve different outcomes with the same set of beliefs, choices and actions, then I want to hire you for my daughters next birthday party because your a freak’n magician! You are literally trying to turn yourself into something different on the outside without addressing the most important part of you, your inner self? And when you do this, you literally fight yourself along your transformational journey.

I recently had a client Lidia, who tried for years to achieve the body transformation she desired only to end up frustrated because she felt like her body and life simply wouldn’t cooperate with her. Lidia constantly deviated from her prescribed diet, she routinely had things get in the way of her workouts and cardio, and she felt defeated and depressed as she spun her wheels each week never feeling or seeing any real changes.

Once I started working with Lidia, we identified and defined exactly who she wanted to transform into right away. She discovered that who she really wanted to become was a completely different woman than the one she was living as. She then began to accept and embrace this new version of who she wanted to be. Then her transformation really started to gain speed. In the end, she would change her body, her mind, and most importantly she is now having the loving and deepened experience with her body that she had always wanted.

Lidia wanted to become something new, so she was required to change her beliefs, her actions and perhaps even the meaning she placed on certain topics in her life. Your transformation will happen because you change on many levels of being also, not just the physical. What do you think is holding you back from the changes you desire? Could you be trying to make your life’s apple into an orange?

Does any of this sound familiar? What is keeping you from the change and transformation that you desire? I guarantee that it probably isn’t what you think it is.

I am opening spots on my schedule to talk to anyone who is really ready to have a serious conversation about their body transformation. If you are really ready to become that transformed person you have been waiting for, then book a 45-minute discovery call with me and let’s just talk. Remember, no tire kickers. I only want to talk to you if your really ready to change now. If I think I can help you, I will make an offer to work with you. If I don’t think I can, I will tell you that too. No matter what, you can ask me anything you like. No matter what, you walk away with more than you came with.

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
