“My Coaching formula”

For over 30 years, I have had the privilege of serving as a diet coach and nutritionist, guiding athletes in bodybuilding, figure, and fitness competitions, as well as individuals seeking to improve their overall health and achieve their weight loss goals. Throughout my career, I have embraced a holistic approach that encompasses nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness techniques to create lasting and sustainable lifestyle changes.

My journey as a diet coach has been fueled by a deep passion in changing myself inside and out and in helping others do the same. I believe that true transformation comes from addressing not only our physical aspects but also our mental and emotional aspects of well-being. I empower my clients to make informed choices that align with their unique goals and preferences and to see better ways of seeing themselves and their journies. 

When it comes to my lifestyle clients, my approach revolves around personalized nutrition plans tailored to individual needs and preferences. I focus on optimizing nutrient intake while considering specific dietary requirements and restrictions. Through a combination of macronutrient balance, portion control, and mindful eating practices, we create a sustainable and enjoyable way of nourishing the body and achieve our goals.

Exercise is a fundamental component of my coaching philosophy. I emphasize the importance of finding physical activities that my clients truly enjoy, as this fosters a positive mindset and encourages long-term commitment. Whether it’s weight training, cardio, or recreational sports, the goal is to develop a well-rounded fitness routine that promotes strength, endurance, and overall well-being.

Mindfulness techniques are woven into every aspect of my coaching. From stress management strategies to cultivating a positive mindset, I guide my clients in cultivating self-awareness and self-compassion. This helps them navigate challenges and setbacks with resilience and fosters a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

Over the years, I have witnessed countless success stories, witnessing my clients transform their bodies and lives. This approach, combined with compassionate guidance, has proven to be a winning combination. Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, embracing the process and enjoying the gradual progress that leads to sustainable habits and long-lasting results.

It is an honor to play a role in my clients’ health and well-being, and I look forward to continuing this rewarding journey of transformation and empowerment.

Tad was a National competitor in the NPC for over 30 years and now focuses his passion, knowledge and experience on helping and instructing others in fitness, wellness and athletic competition.
