“Mega-Dosing Vitamin C”

As a long-time nutrition coach, I have seen firsthand the benefits of using vitamin C supplements to support overall health and wellness. In my personal experience, I have found that taking 4 grams of vitamin C daily has been incredibly beneficial for my own health.

One of the pioneers of vitamin C research, Linus Pauling, conducted extensive studies on the use of mega-doses of vitamin C in supporting immune function and preventing illness. His research showed that high doses of vitamin C can have significant positive effects on the body’s immune system, reducing the risk of infections and other diseases.

In my own practice, I have seen similar results in my clients who have incorporated vitamin C supplements into their daily routines. Not only does it support a strong immune system, but it also helps to promote healthy skin, aid in the absorption of iron, and support overall cardiovascular health.

Of course, it’s important to note that everyone’s needs are different, and it’s always best to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new supplement regimen. Additionally, while I have personally used higher doses of vitamin C in my life, it’s important to find a dosage that is appropriate for your own individual needs and health goals.

Overall, based on my own experience and the research of experts like Linus Pauling, I highly recommend incorporating vitamin C supplements into your daily routine for improved health and wellness.
