Magnesium the master nutrient

"Magnesium is involved in over 300 biochemical reactions in the body, so it's not surprising that it has so many health benefits." - Dr. Josh Axe

As a nutritionist, I am always on the lookout for ways to optimize my health, and magnesium has become a key player in my daily routine. Not only does magnesium play a crucial role in hundreds of enzymatic reactions in the body, but it can also help with everything from anxiety to muscle cramps.

Research has shown that magnesium can help with insomnia, migraines, depression, and even heart disease. It’s no wonder that this mineral has been deemed the “master mineral” by some health experts.

Personally, I take an extra 800mg of magnesium daily to support my overall health and wellbeing. I have found that it has improved my sleep quality, reduced my anxiety levels, and even helped with my muscle soreness after workouts.

But don’t just take my word for it. Numerous studies have shown the benefits of magnesium supplementation, including one study that found that supplementing with magnesium reduced anxiety and depression symptoms in just two weeks.

So if you’re looking to optimize your health and wellbeing, consider adding some extra magnesium to your daily routine. It’s a simple and effective way to support your body and mind.

And let’s be real, who doesn’t need a little extra support in today’s fast-paced world? So go ahead and give your body some extra love and nourishment with a daily dose of magnesium.
