I don’t just help people lose weight or prep for contests. I do do that but really for the last 30+ years I have been mastering the art of collecting friends and family and empowering them to really feel good about the effort they put forward each day through their fitness journey. No matter what they accomplish.
I want everyone to win their shows and to achieve their desired body composition. Yes and we pursue that with a vengeance. But though this fitness process of eating a good diet, exercising appropriately we also must learn how to support ourselves in our minds. We must adopt the right kind of mindset that empowers us and helps reward us.
This is the most profound part and exciting part of my coaching. I get to help shift and mold a perspective that adds real value to my clients. They don’t have to do that, they can continue to believe and thing any way they see fit. What I offer is a way to feel just a little bit better about everything.
We don’t control much in this world. We don’t control our outcomes nor what happens to us. But we do control how we think about it all and what we decide to do each day and that is enough to master your experience.
This part of human betterment I am in love with! To see our life and our experiences in a way that encourages and validates us is so critical to having an enjoyable life and fitness process. This means knowing your deepest “why” and understanding just exactly who you really are. Once you do everything else is easy.
I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
