“New Years Intentions”

“Releasing what doesn’t serve me and intending what does is a daily process.” -Tadayoshi Inoue

It’s that time of year when many of us set goals and new years resolutions and intentions. This year I set have some intentions and released some things that just aren’t serving me any longer. I think if I want to grow as a person each year of my life, it is a good idea for me to do this not just yearly but to revisit this monthly, weekly and even daily so that I am aware of what my intentions in this year is to yield to me.

I will share just one intention for this year and one thing I am releasing. I am so grateful that this coming year I will get to take care of my mother in my own home. When she sells her home she intends to move in with me. I am so grateful that I will get to spend more time with her and help her more with all aspects of life.

What I am letting go of this year is all of my the fear my ego has attached to this life. My fear of money, my fear of not having and not living the life experiences that I don’t want.

And my commitment to myself is to fearlessly pursue these intentions. What is one thing you intend this year and one thing you are releasing this year?

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good. And so are all of you.
