What is holding you back?

“People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own souls. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” - Carl Jung

It is hard to be honest with ourselves often times in our lives. We often confuse what we intend with what we actually do. We might intend to wake up earlier but we then hit the snooze button when we rise. Or we might intend to love others but in our moments we can get angry and upset with those we actually care about the most. And we so often may want to be positive and uplifting but we can be critical and negative when we see things we do not like or when things don’t seem to work out in our favor.

When we are truly honest with ourselves about what we do and who we are showing ourselves to be in this world, it is only then that we have the vision to see what needs to be changed. This kind of clarity can be difficult to see from our first person vantage point.

If you feel stuck in your life, or if you are having a hard time changing behaviors that you really want to change, then maybe you need deeper clarity on you. Before I work with anyone on any coaching program I have a discovery call that focuses on getting clarity on what is holding you back. This is a critical step in any transformation for anyone. If you can’t get clear on what might be tripping you up, then you probably won’t have an easy journey.

If you want me to help you understand what may be holding you back, book a 45 min discovery call with me. If I can help you I will let you know and I will make you an offer to work with you. If not, then at least you will have a deeper understanding about what might be holding you back from the body and experience you want.

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
