Be your own champion

“Become your own champion in your life, and use your role models as your inspiration on how to raise the bar on your own performance.”

I am sure you all have heard it said before; “we are all someone one’s role model.” Anyone who works hard enough wants to be recognized for their efforts and usually wants to make an impact in others lives usually because of the impact they felt. We all naturally want to share the good feeling stuff! But the greatest of champions do not look for recognition this way. They look for it in the improvement of their own performance in their given endeavor.

The greatest of champions are the greatest because they sing to a different tune, they march in a cadence that is always all their own, and they see themselves differently than others do. And because they live in a world that is foreign to most, they must find their own brand of inspiration. Usually they must become their own cheerleader, counselor, comforter and champion example!

While this may sound simple it is not. Foraging into new territory is always challenging. But when you want to do what others have not done, or when you want to go beyond those who stand in your way of achievement then you must construct a new model of what you are to become. You must look away from what is and turn to what hasn’t been yet and create from that space. This takes ultimate faith in YOU!

You are more than you are now. You are more than others say you are. You are more than what you may imagine yourself to be. You are the infinite expression of energy in this universe. You are what you believe you can be. And you are exactly perfectly perfect. Now it is time for you to let go of what you think may be limiting you and embrace something deeper within you, something you already know is there… it’s time to embrace your greatness.

I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
