Stress can eat away at your wellbeing each day. We all have no shortage of stress and frustrations during our days and weeks. If we do not have something each day to manage this daily bombardment of negative forces then all our negative emotions can build up with disastrous consequences like melt downs, bad decisions, hostile behavior with our loved ones, nervous breakdowns and a general feeling of anxiety within us.
Most people try to resolve the stress in their lives by trying to solve the issues around the stress in the hopes of getting rid of it. This exercise performed daily for just a few mins will almost instantly reduce all stress hormones and allow you to think more clearly instantly. We feel better and because we aren’t under the yoke of our negative emotions, we can solve our problems easier and faster and we can enjoy this thing we all call life.
