The Process of Transformation

"When you let go of what no longer serves you, you create space for what is meant to be." -unknown quote

We are all infinite champions of love energy! What I mean is, we all have the capacity built within each of us to conquer all of the challenges we will ever set out to conquer in our lives. What usually holds us back but also encourages our learning are often times the same things we hold most tightly to in our lives. Whether we cling to people, places, things or ideas we all must let go of our baggage in order to become something new. If we are unwilling to let go of our past ideas or notions about ourselves, then we doom ourselves to always being in the same emotional position in life and almost certainly duplicating our same life outcomes over and over again.

We all have these things we grasp tightly to in our lives. We have them because we believe they are helping us. Usually these ideas or things only serve to hold us in the same place we are already in. Holding on to an idea or anything with so much certainty that you leave no room for growth or a variance of expression or opinion usually spells stagnate progress in most areas of our lives. Growth in our lives is a dynamic process that requires us to become something new and so we are required to put down everything that defined ourselves in the past, at least for a minute, so we can embrace some new understanding or idea.

At the center of letting go of our baggage is redefining who we know ourselves to be. What our limitations might be, what we believe we are worthy of and our sense of how much love we think we are deserving of. We must be able to take these ideas about ourselves and let them go only to transform them from the inside.

Once we have embraced our new understandings and allowed ourselves to let go of the past can we then start to realize the magnitude of the transformational journey. This is a dying to our old selves and a literal rebirth to the new self. This is the essence of the transformed life. Once this happens on the inside, then the rest of reality starts to change, which can include income, our bodies and who we attract into our lives. However, it is important to note, who I know myself to really be doesn’t really change, just who I believe myself to be in this moment right now.

This is a journey that you MUST want to take because it can be a painful yet enlivening process that never ends your whole life. But once you feel the liberation from any bondage you may feel in your life, it is addicting to transform. I am love. I am joy. I am so very good.
