Anger is a tricky business. In those moments of frustration and fume, anger is the hallmark quality of all who do not embrace who they truly are. This fire within each of us looks for an excuse to set ablaze any subject before us. If gone unchecked, our anger can consume us and leave us blind to who we truly are causing us to see only more anger. Love on the other hand, reminds us of who we are. Love has the closest proximity in meaning to what we each know as our most intimate selves. Love will make us smile and laugh. Love can help us to forgive and heal from all the damage we may have sustained willingly or not. And the feelings of love are our speakers that amplify our inner most voices which sing the songs of our being. To know this about ourself means to understand that what we feel is who we have become in that moment. We are the sounds of the symphonies of our lives. We are love. We are joy. We are so very good.
Understanding Who You Are
