Creating Your Feelings

Our perspective on any topic in our lives is very malleable. Thus the meaning that we give anything can evolve, but we are the only ones that can give any topic meaning for ourselves. Additionally, what we derive from that meaning in our lives as a result in seeing the world this way is also ever-changing. In the end, we always control the music and the volume of our lives. We can go from a station of fear to a station of joy, or we can go from a place of worry to a place of excitement. We tune ourselves to the feelings that we have they are never inserted, we control what we allow by that meaning that we give everything in our awareness. Our feelings do not happen to us by accident, we are constructing them by unintentionally or intentionally. The question for us all really is: “What do I really want to feel in this moment?” If you don’t ask, then the path is less likely to be found. After all, you need a destination in order to arrive where you want. Our intentions give us clarity and direction. You can hope for an accidental arrival of warm wonderful feelings, or you can create them intentionally. I say intentionally create what you want! I am love. I am joy. I am so very good always.
