I have spent the better part of my life trying to understand my own feelings as well as others. I have come a long way. What I know most profoundly is that nobody makes us feel anything. We create it all within us. Usually through our triggers good and bad.
I also know that we can cultivate the the feelings and life that we wish to feel and have. What we most commonly feel in our lives is often described as the life we have. A happy life. A sad life. A frustrating life. Or whatever kind of feelings we most commonly feel in our day to day experience of life. But make no mistake we are the ones cultivating it and producing it.
We often like to try and blame others for how we feel. But that is simply not possible. Others can only trigger us but we have to produce the feelings ourselves. We have to lean into those feelings willingly.
And I also know that when I commonly cultivate feelings of gratitude, love or any feeling positive or negaitve it gets easier and easier for me to do so. Whether I like it or not. I like the feelings of gratitude. Gratitude is the launch pad for the highest frequencies that I can feel. And when I am there I feel like life is awesome!
Once I get into this habit of producing my feeling of gratitude it starts to become a state of chronic being. Easy to fall into and hard to pull me out of. Try it out and you’ll see, it will change the nature of what you experience. Then magic will happen.
I am love. I am joy. I am good.
