“Physical transformation is changing your mind and body”

I have worked with a lot of athletes over the years but I have also worked with a ton of lifestyle clients transforming their bodies. But before I could do that I had to first help them see themselves differently from the inside. 

Most people believe that you just need a good diet and activity plan to transform their bodies. That is only partially true. You also need clarity of purpose. In other words, you need to know exactly why on the deepest level you want to transform. 

You have to know what that transformation is going to give you. How others will receive you, really how you think they will. And what deeper impacts this transformation is going to yield to you in your daily life. And all of this must make you feel excited. If you can’t get excited about this process then you will most likely struggle and fail. 

The road to true transformation is not easy but it is possible for everyone. So in order to make it through the hard days you must feel excited about this voyage. And in order to feel excited to be on this journey you have to be excited about what the journey will bring you in your experience. 

This is the deeper “why” that most do not take the time to fully flesh out so when times get hard they usually go back to what has always feel more comfortable their old habits, which got them over fat in the first place. 

This is my primary objective when I do my free discovery call with all my potential clients. I don’t accept them all. Some aren’t coachable. But many are willing to dig deep and figure out what is at the root of their discomfort. And those make unbelievable transformations. 

I am love. I am joy. I am good. And so are you.
