Therapists and science will tell you that exercise is good for anxiety and depression. And it really is!
But they don’t actually help you deal with the issues you’re facing in order to accomplish the task of workout and achieving what you really want.
I’ve seen countless clients struggling with negative self-talk in my decades of coaching. This is the biggest reason many people start a fitness program and stop only to re-start later once they have gathered up their mental energy to face this challenge again.
So I help cultivate and have created self-love techniques that will help you be the boss of your mind instead of your mind bossing you around. Yes I do design very specific diets and exercise programs for you but I also focus on mindset so that you can actually accomplish your goals and best of all enjoy your process!
