Do you feel comfortable in your body? Do you love what you see in the mirror, and do you deeply appreciate what you feel from your body each day? So many of us feel like we are living in a body that doesn’t belong to us or one that we simply do not want. This can feel exhausting and depressing to wake up everyday and feel like you are going to war with your body.
The incredible truth is, feeling good in your body has nothing to do with your body at all. It has to do with what you believe about your body. You may believe that your body is a gift. Or you may believe that your body just makes your life more difficult. No matter what you believe, it is your beliefs that are really dictating the rate of change that you are realizing in your life.
A big part of the work that I do with all my clients is this kind of inner discovery work that helps each person understand more deeply what they really want and what is really standing in their way. This allows a deeper sense of clarity on what each person wants and more importantly on what they may believe they are worthy of. Once we get extreme clarity on these things, the rest falls into place much easier.
Do be afraid to ask deeper questions of yourself. The better you know what you want and why you really want it, the easier it will be for you to see how to get it. You may not be able to predict when you will achieve what you want but you will always be on the road getting closer to it each day! And that is really the point…. this wonderful experience of life.
