“True Health”

Most people believe that health and wellbeing are only a physical condition we each have or not. But the truth is that real health is a state of being that we exist in body, mind and energy. This means a truly healthy person is always addressing the deep traumas and issues that we all collect the longer we live in this worldly experience. 

Healthy people are more than just physically healthy, they also have peace of heart and an acceptance of what this life experience has brought to them. This allows them to witness their life and appreciate all the good and the bad as necessary and important components of a full and rich life. 

True health is by far more energetic than merely what we eat and do with our bodies. True health and wellbeing has just as much to do with what you feel each day and how you manage your day to day ebb and flow of the variety of emotions we all experience. 

We all are entitled to live in a body we love and that takes care of our own individual needs. This is a way of being and NOT a destination. You can only achieve true health if you are living and feeling it daily.
