“Clarity of purpose”

"The only way to do great work is to love what you do." - Steve Jobs

Embarking on this fitness journey is like searching for the Holy Grail, and you know what? I’ve found the treasure map – my “big why.” Why dive into the world of healthier living? Well, it’s not just about squeezing into those skinny jeans or outrunning my treadmill. No siree, it’s a grand quest with a deeper meaning, a mission to unlock the secrets of my well-being.

Think of it as the superhero origin story for my motivation. Not just a reason to avoid the cookie jar but a force that turns discipline from a grumpy drill sergeant into my trusty sidekick.

Why am I on this epic adventure? Perhaps it’s to be the lively hero my family deserves or to rediscover the lost city of Confidence within myself. My “big why” is the emotional GPS that keeps me from wandering into the marshes of excuses.

Picture this: when life throws lemons, my “big why” hands me a cape and whispers, “You got this!” It’s not just a reason; it’s my superhero cape, turning every workout into a triumph and every setback into a plot twist, not the grand finale.

So, let’s dig deep, have a chuckle at life’s quirks, and uncover your own treasure map – your “big why.” Because in this adventure, you’re the superhero, and your goals? They’re the happily ever after waiting to unfold.
