Here is the message folks! There is nothing really wrong with you. I know it feels like it at times. But truthfully we are all whole, perfect and wonderful. We don’t always act and feel like it, but that is the challenge of this life.
The biggest hurdle I face when I agree to help a client are all the limiting beliefs that they may hold about themselves. We can feel broken but that doesn’t mean we are. We can feel bad but that doesn’t mean we are bad. These are just feelings we feel.
The misconception about our feelings is that they indicate who we are. NO. Feelings just tell us our emotional temperature at that moment in time. What we feel is just that. And what has happened to you in your life no matte when and by whom, is just that too. An experience you lived through. It is NOT who you are unless that is what you have decided to be.
The good news is we can wake up to the truth about our own being. We can cultivate an emotional life that matches what we wish to experience and live. But that takes intention and a very particular set of practices and consistency.
You can be what you feel or you can be what you desire. You get to choose. No matter what you choose, you will be correct. Choose wisely.
