Static Diet and Fitness Plan

This is a comprehensive diet and workout program for anyone who wishes to lose body fat, gain muscle, or have a higher fitness level. This program includes a customized diet, workout program and cardio schedule.

This program DOES NOT include any phone conferences. This program is designed as a static stand alone diet, and should be modified periodically if you wish your body to continue to change. Periodic modifications can be purchased seperately by buying a 30 min phone conference with Tad the Diet Coach (see the store item) at any time after you have started the Static Diet fitness plan.
