Hey Tad, What chest excersise I need to do to filled up my lower chest? My lower chest is not as hard and tight as my upper chest, it's very soft. Help!!!!
My goal for this coming shows is to get my glutes looking hard, my quads to split, hard and my back to look big. Is there a specific workout I could do to accomplish this goal?
To answer your question about lower pecs, I have done decline dumbell or barbell press at the end of my workout with a wide grip. Most people build their lower pecs too much so it looks saggy, so watch out for that. Maybe do this every other week.
