Well, I'm ashamed to admit this, but I have failed today.

After so much whey protein as my meals, (not to mention 2 low carb days in between) I was fiending for things I haven't craved for in months...pizza (hey it was on multigrain crust) and ice cream. Oh Lord have mercy! After that I was full the rest of the day and therefore, ditched my meal plan for the day..( I did still eat healthy though; chicken breast, veggies, etc) I'm trying not to feel guilty about it...
I'll be back tomorrow...healthy food..need to do something about all this protein powder consumption though...if it's a really crucial element to the success of becoming a figure competitor, I'll find a way to adjust. If not and I can consume food that has substance though, I opt for that! Oh yeah, not to mention I went into a coma-induced sleep

and woke up late for my first meal..so I was already confused as to what to do. I can do this, I can do this...I know I can! (Got to keep telling myself that!!)
