Hey all ok it has been awhile since posting i indulged on cheat last sat that was like a foo comma but since then have been on track on all meals supps and training same style routines just switching it up here and there today i weighed in at 123 was very happy as i am bit worried feeling puffy but i leave all that in tads hands i am feeling super drained hope i can make it through this next competing month as i am going to the USA but man am i feeling tired well triceps and chest monday went well still have my strength which is great then hammmies and glutes yesterday really had a amzing workout walked out sweating like crazy. today is back and bisceps think i will go in and do t-bar rows, bent over rows, and pull-ups and some more single arm rows and biceps curls curls curls so need my second wind so bad by that time im am excited to say i in process of being realigned by a chiropractor i believe this will help me so much axcious and excited but have to wait as the x-ray machine is being fixed so updates on that soon. He is surprised i lasted this long as i have lots going on with my spine but amazing thing is nothing hurts so thats good. I think i will do this at least once a mnth i am sure i will love it but to be cont. till i have my first session ok all post soon i jsut want to sleep O and eat uurrrgghhh
